Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) or related field with 4+ years of related experience.
• CM-BIM designation pursued or preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Knowledge of industry standards and BIM/VDC processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate BIM execution plans and model-based deliverables.
• Review and manage BIM coordination process and RFIs/submittals.
• Support on-site VDC workflows including 4D, 5D, and production tracking.
• Develop solutions for constructability issues and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with VDC team to meet project schedule and quality goals.
