Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Planning, Business Administration or a closely related field.
• Program management experience and professional certifications are required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for client-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity and non-technical intricacies.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of programs.
• Direct program execution across planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation with timely decision-making.
• Develop plans to drive efficiency, accountability, and transparency.

Education
