Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a closely related field.
• Master's degree preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Professional certifications (PE/PMP/PgMP/AICP/CCM) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of programs.
• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Identify risks and deploy resources to mitigate issues and ensure timely decisions.
• Develop and implement program management plans, startup plans, and work plans.
