Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects.
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Identify risks and provide strategic solutions and timely decisions.
• Develop program management plans and tools to drive efficiency and transparency.
• Direct services by large program teams or a mega-project on a day-to-day basis.
• Foster team alignment through regular communication and resource management.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure contract compliance.
