Job summary

HDR is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead large infrastructure programs across transportation projects. You will advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community facets while directing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex programs within schedule and budget.

The role requires 10+ years of program management, leadership skills, and experience with alternative delivery methods. HDR values ownership, growth, and inclusive collaboration across many locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering/CM/sciences/planning/business.
• Proven program management experience with large-scale projects.
• Licenses/certifications: PE, PMP, PgMP, AICP or CCM or CMAA CMAA certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community factors for success.
• Direct and monitor program execution across disciplines and teams.
• Develop plans, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Mentor staff and support business development for future opportunities.
