Job summary

HDR is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead large, cross-functional infrastructure programs across a national footprint. You will advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects while directing program execution with a focus on quality and value.

As part of HDR’s Transportation Leadership team, you will guide major projects such as transit, highways and bridges, while mentoring staff and expanding client relationships. HDR values ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Planning, Business Administration or a closely related field.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Planning, Business Administration or closely related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial and community aspects of programs.
• Direct and monitor program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Develop plans and tools to drive efficiency and transparency.
• Manage large program teams and ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor financial performance against metrics and drive profitability.
