Job summary

HDR invites a Principal Project Manager to lead large, complex infrastructure programs across transportation segments. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and serve as the client advisor on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects.

You will oversee planning, execution, governance, and risk management, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning or related field.
• PM experience with large programs (>=$500M).
• Licensing/certification: PE, PMP, PgMP, CMAA CCM or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects.
• Plan, direct, and monitor program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Identify risks and provide timely issue resolution and decisions.
