Job summary

HDR is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity. You will advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial and community aspects and oversee comprehensive program execution across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities include planning, directing, monitoring, risk mitigation, resource alignment, and ensuring QA/QC and contract compliance across large teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Licenses/certifications: PE/P.Eng, PMP, PgMP, AICP or CCM are recognized.
• Ten years of program management experience, including at least four years as a Senior Program Manager; three or more programs of $500M+ each.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of programs.
• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation and problem-solving support.
• Develop program management plans, startup/work plans, and governance structures.
• Direct services provided by large program teams or a single mega-project.
• Promote team alignment through clear communications.
• Ensure contract compliance and robust QA/QC.
