Job summary

HDR is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead large, complex transportation programs across multiple disciplines. You will advise clients on technical, regulatory, and financial aspects while directing day-to-day program execution and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning or related field and professional licenses/certifications.
• 10+ years of program management experience with senior program manager responsibilities.
• Experience leading multiple programs with large capital values ($500M+).
• Knowledge of alternate delivery methods (DB, P3, EPC) and PMO collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory and financial aspects to drive success.
• Direct program execution across multiple disciplines and teams.
• Develop plans, governance, and risk management to ensure project delivery.
• Monitor performance, QA/QC and financial metrics to meet targets.
