Job summary

HDR Transportation Leadership seeks an accomplished Principal Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with substantial technical complexity. You will advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects, and direct the execution of large-scale programs across various disciplines.

Applicant should bring deep program management experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage budgets and schedule while maintaining stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, planning, or business fields.
• Ten years of program management experience with at least four years as a Senior Program Manager.
• Experience delivering three or more programs each with $500M+ value.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community facets of programs.
• Plan, direct, and monitor program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Identify risks and provide strategic problem solving and timely decisions.
• Develop program management plans, startup plans, and work plans to drive efficiencies.
• Direct large program teams or mega-projects and ensure contract compliance.
• Promote team alignment and effective communications.
• Oversee QA/QC and monitor financial performance against targets.
