Job summary

Davies North America seeks a Transportation Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto and trucking liability claims. You will manage BI, CGL, and transportation-related exposures, collaborating with clients, insureds, attorneys, and medical providers to ensure timely resolutions.

The role requires 5+ years in liability or transportation claims, active adjuster licenses, and strong negotiation and analytical skills within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of liability or transportation claims experience.
• Active adjuster license(s) required by jurisdiction.
• Bilingual in Spanish (fluent speak/read).
• Strong knowledge of liability claims handling practices.
• Experience handling BI, CGL, or transportation-related claims preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto and commercial transportation claims.
• Handle claims including Collision, Cargo, PD, BI, and other CL exposures.
• Collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
• May handle files with attorney representation and moderate litigation activity.
• Develop expertise in transportation claims.
