Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Transportation Claims Adjuster who is fluent in Spanish to investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex auto and trucking liability claims. You will collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely settlements while applying regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in BI, CGL, or transportation-related claims.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish (fluent speak/read).
• Claims adjusting licenses as required by jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of liability claims handling practices.
• Experience handling BI, CGL, or transportation-related claims preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple claims while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Proficiency with claims management systems and related technology.
• Active adjuster license(s) or ability to obtain as required.

Responsibilities
