Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Transportation Claims Adjuster to handle auto and trucking liability claims. You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements, collaborating with clients, insureds, attorneys, and other stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years of liability or transportation claims experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and bilingual Spanish proficiency.

• May handle files with attorney representation and moderate litigation activity.
• Developing expertise in transportation claims.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and resolve auto and trucking liability claims.
• Collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, medical providers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate claim resolution in line with company guidelines.
