Job summary

Davies North America is seeking an Auto Transportation Claims Adjuster in Michigan to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve commercial transportation claims.

You will handle BI, PIP, and other related exposures, performing independent coverage analysis and contributing to strategy decisions while collaborating with clients, insureds, attorneys, and providers to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of auto transportation claims experience.
• Active MI claims adjusting licenses (or reciprocal).
• Strong knowledge of liability claims handling practices.
• Experience handling BI, PIP, or auto transportation-related claims.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto transportation claims.
• Handle BI, PIP, and other exposures as applicable.
• Conduct coverage analysis and set claim strategy decisions.
• Collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, medical providers, and others to resolve claims.
