Job summary

Davies North America is hiring a TPA Casualty Transportation Adjuster to adjudicate Bodily Injury and Property Damage in a fast-paced environment. The role requires multi-state licensing, strong report writing, and excellent client service as you work with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and vendors.

Experience in commercial trucking and transportation claims is essential, with a preference for a college degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years commercial transportation experience.
• Superior report writing skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Effective communicator with clients and attorneys.
• Holds a valid Texas all-lines license; multi-state licenses a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Above-average computer skills and proficiency with claims systems.
• Team player capable of coordinating with vendors and insureds.
• Litigation experience is required.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage diary entries for claims.
• Analyze coverage and adjudicate Bodily Injury and Property Damage.
• Communicate findings and status to clients and attorneys.
• Determine liability and evaluate damages with timely investigations.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain documentation in the claims system.
• Identify and manage reserves; control loss adjustment expenses.
• Retain regular contact with insureds, claimants, and vendors.
• Meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
