Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Transportation Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve personal auto and commercial transportation-related claims.

You will handle claims of increasing complexity, collaborating with clients, insureds, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate resolution in compliance with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of liability or transportation claims experience.
• Demonstrates developing expertise in transportation claims.
• May handle files with attorney representation and moderate litigation activity.
• Bilingual in Spanish (fluent speak/read).

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto and transportation-related claims.
• Collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
