Job summary

Davies North America is expanding its commercial transportation division and is seeking Liability Commercial adjusters with Bodily Injury and Litigation experience to adjudicate claims across multiple states and provide excellent service to insureds and claimants.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial transportation, a valid Texas all-lines license (reciprocal licenses a plus), strong report writing, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial transportation claims experience.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with multi-state claims and coverage analysis.

Responsibilities

• Handle high exposure third party property damage and bodily injury claims.
• Collaborate with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and vendors to confirm coverage and liability.
• Maintain diaries, complete client reporting timely, and manage reserves.
• Adjudicate claims in an expeditious and professional manner.
• Document all correspondence and decisions in the claims system.
