Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Transportation Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto and trucking liability claims from a home-based US role.

You will manage moderate to complex files, coordinate with clients, insureds, attorneys, and medical providers, and ensure settlements align with company guidelines and regulatory requirements. A bilingual Spanish capability is preferred, with active adjuster licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of liability or transportation claims experience.
• Ability to conduct independent coverage analysis and claim strategy decisions.
• May handle files with attorney representation and moderate litigation activity.
• Developing expertise in transportation claims and multi-state exposure.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto and trucking liability claims.
• Coordinate with clients, insureds, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely, accurate claim resolution in compliance with guidelines.
• Handle higher complexity and regulatory aspects such as DOT considerations.
