Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
- 2+ years in Freight Audit or Transportation/Logistics finance.
- Experience with SAP/Oracle ERP systems and freight audits.
- Intermediate Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables.
- Familiar with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine SOPs for freight auditing, queue management, and invoice aging.
- Ensure accurate freight audit and proper ledger coding; resolve complex billing issues.
- Produce KPI reports on audit and payment activity for month‑end close.
- Resolve carrier invoice disputes based on audit findings and contracts.
- Mentor team members on freight audit processes and system usage.
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead cost-saving projects and monitor financial KPIs.
