Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in Freight Audit, Transportation and Logistics Finance or Accounts Payable in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle ERP, TMS platforms, or freight audit systems.
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables).
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM/case tools.
• Travel expectations: 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and refine SOPs for freight auditing, queue management, and invoice aging.
• Ensure accurate freight audit in systems and adherence to procedures.
• Investigate and resolve complex billing discrepancies and potential duplicate payments.
• Generate KPI reports on audit and payment activity; support month-end close.
• Mentor and train team on freight audit policies and system use.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Warehouse Ops, Systems Support, and Finance.
