You will manage freight invoice audit and payment processes, collaborate with Transportation, Warehouse Operations, Systems Support, and Finance to maintain integrity.

The role emphasizes process improvements, KPI reporting, and mentoring teammates while driving cost savings and operational excellence. Remote-friendly, with 10% travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of freight audit, transportation and logistics finance, AP, or a similar role in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and TMS/freight audit tools.
• Strong Excel skills and CRM/case management familiarity (Salesforce.com preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and refine SOPs for freight auditing, queue management, and invoice aging resolution.
• Ensure accurate freight audit in systems and audit standards; coordinate with system owners for changes.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies; collaborate with carriers and internal teams.
