HDR, Inc. seeks an experienced Alternative Delivery Director within the Transportation Business Group to lead pursuit and delivery of large-scale transportation projects using alternative delivery methods.

You will coordinate with policy, risk, and legal teams and drive cross-functional collaboration across HDR regions and market sectors. The role requires formal engineering credentials, a minimum of 10 years in related fields, and a proven ability to manage diverse client relationships while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration as an engineer (PE) or equivalent.
• Experience leading large civil infrastructure design and design management on major transportation projects.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Delivery Program Director for pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
• Drive approvals in compliance with HDR policies and risk committees.
• Collaborate with HDR Business Group leaders on policy, resources, and terms.
• Negotiate contract terms with HDR Legal and Risk input on AD projects.
• Foster collaboration across Transportation Business Group leadership and regional leads.
• Lead HDR leadership discussions on contractor and developer relationships.
