Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.

• Experience leading large transportation infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with Alternative Delivery methods and HDR matrix structure.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Delivery Program Director for pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
• Drive approvals per HDR policies and Risk Committee approvals.
• Coordinate with HDR teams, legal, risk, and contractors on project terms.
• Lead discussions with clients on upcoming projects and programs.
• Foster HDR matrix collaboration across areas and regions.
• Provide guidance on commercial and technical trends in Alternative Delivery.
