HDR, Inc. seeks an experienced Alternative Delivery Director for the Transportation Business Group to lead large-scale design-build and P3 projects. You will drive approvals, manage client and contractor relationships, and coordinate with HDR leadership to advance program delivery across areas and regions. The role requires 15+ years in civil infrastructure, strong leadership, and a willingness to travel up to 50% to support multiple locations within HDR’s employee-owned culture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related field experience.
• Professional/Engineering registration required.
• Experience leading diverse teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Commitment to HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
• Drive approvals per HDR policy and Risk Committee approvals.
• Collaborate with HDR Business Group on policy, staff resources, contracts.
• Negotiate contract terms with HDR Legal and Risk.
• Coordinate with Transportation Leadership on upcoming projects and relationships.
• Report TBG Alternative Delivery status and participate in MOA actions.
• Could serve as Principal-in-Charge for selected projects.
