Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader for our Transportation Business Group to drive Alternative Delivery projects from pursuit through delivery.

You will work with HDR policy, risk, and legal teams to finalize terms, coordinate with regional leads, and maintain active client relationships. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 10+ years of related experience, and professional engineering registration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• For technical design leadership, professional engineering registration required.
• Experience leading diverse teams on large transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Delivery Program Director and manage effective pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
• Drive approval processes in compliance with HDR policies and risk committee.
• Collaborate with other HDR groups on policy, resources, and contract terms.
• Negotiate contract terms with HDR Legal in coordination with Risk Committee input.
• Lead discussions with clients on upcoming projects and program milestones.
