Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field or equivalent experience in a technical/engineering firm.
• Essential project management certification required (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
• 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within the industry.
• Proficient understanding of project delivery in A/E/C industry and strong PM background.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with business acumen to bridge business and PM.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with leadership, subcontractors, and teams.
• Ability to lead independently, guide mid- to senior-level staff, and adhere to QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor cross-functional teams to execute project work on mid-size to multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage budgets, hours, expenses, and deliverables; ensure client satisfaction and quality.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
• Lead technical reviews, QA/QC adherence, and risk management across projects.
• Mentor project team members and manage contractual obligations and communications.
