Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Engineer in Training Certification required.
• 7–10 years of direct experience with power system studies and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform or lead transmission planning studies including power flow and contingency analysis.
• Prepare reports with study assumptions, findings, and recommendations.
• Mentor junior engineers and support development of planning teams.
• Maintain knowledge of planning guides, standards, and industry practices.
• Support business development activities including proposals and client meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency using automation/AI tools.
