Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Senior Transmission Line Engineer to lead the planning, design, and delivery of high-voltage transmission projects. You will guide project teams, manage schedules, and interact with clients across diverse regions.

Requirements include 10+ years in electrical transmission, a PE license, and strong knowledge of PLS-CADD, QA/QC, and safety standards. This role offers flexible work arrangements, including remote options and office locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of post-education experience delivering design deliverables for capital HV transmission projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; PE preferred.
• PE license required; multi-state preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for planning, design and delivery of HV transmission line projects up to 765kV.
• Lead and coordinate project schedules, meetings, and reporting with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and safe, high‑quality project outcomes.
