Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Transmission Project Manager to lead multiple high‑impact Power Delivery projects in the St. Louis, MO or Collinsville, IL area. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality while maintaining strong client relationships and governance across project lifecycles.

The role supports remote work from a mutually agreed WSP office and requires periodic travel to client sites and offices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, PM, Business or related field.
12+ years of relevant post-education experience in Power Delivery, transmission, substation, or related infrastructure.
Experience managing medium to large transmission line/substation projects for electric utility clients.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for development, execution, management, control and monitoring of Power Delivery projects.
Maintain project governance, schedules (CPM), budgets, quality, safety, and client reporting.
Lead client engagement, trust, and long-term account development.
Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and ensure timely, compliant project delivery.
