Job summary

WSP is seeking a Sr Transmission Project Manager for its Power & Energy Program Management Team in St. Louis, MO or Springfield, IL.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of post-education experience with project management in Power Delivery/utility infrastructure.
• Experience managing medium to large transmission line and/or substation projects for electric utility clients.
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of multiple transmission line and substation projects.
• Provide senior project management oversight for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, and procurement.
• Maintain client communications with monthly status reporting and scope/budget updates.
• Develop and manage integrated schedules, cost forecasts, and executive-level reporting.
• Direct and mentor multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
