Job summary

WSP in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Project Manager for Power & Energy to lead technically complex projects. The role offers remote work options and responsibility for budgets, scope, schedules, and QA/QC across a portfolio of projects.

You will mentor teams, manage risk, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while adhering to WSP’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• PM certification (PMP, CAP-M) required.
• 10+ years post-education PM experience in the industry.
• Experience with utility, energy and large infrastructure programs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with business acumen.
• Able to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional teams and manage budgets, hours, and deliverables.
• Lead development of proposals, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
• Develop WBS tasks and estimated costs for projects.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align priorities and resolve issues.
• Monitor project metrics and prepare executive-level reporting.
