WSP USA is seeking a Sr Transmission Project Manager to lead and deliver Power & Energy Transmission Line and Substation projects from offices in St. Louis, MO or Springfield, IL.

The role ensures schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction across the project lifecycle, including proposal, startup, execution, reporting, and closeout. You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and provide senior-level oversight for scope, schedule, cost, risk,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, PM, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years' post-education experience with PM responsibility in Power Delivery or related infra.
• Experience managing medium to large transmission line and/or substation projects for electric utilities.
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects with scope, schedule, budget and client satisfaction accountability.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, cost forecasting, earned value, and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of concurrent transmission line and substation projects.
• Provide senior PM oversight for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, procurement, and commissioning.
• Serve as primary delivery accountability with proactive issue resolution and risk escalation.
• Maintain client communications with monthly status reports and scope/budget updates.
• Develop and communicate integrated project schedules, cost forecasts, and executive reporting.
