WSP USA is seeking a Senior Transmission Line Project Engineer to lead the planning, design, and delivery of high‑voltage overhead transmission projects. This role supports project development, fosters cross‑disciplinary collaboration, and mentors staff to maintain technical excellence.
The successful candidate will oversee projects up to 765 kV, manage schedules, interact with clients, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards while advancing WSP’s engineering practices and market
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in transmission engineering and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- PE licensure and engineer license (multi-state preferred).
- Strong understanding of NESC, RUS, and/or GO-95.
- Strong command of English with written and verbal communication skills.
Responsabilidades
- Lead engineering of transmission projects up to 765kV.
- Create and maintain project schedules and lead meetings.
- Coordinate with clients and multi-disciplinary teams across projects.
- Ensure QA/QC procedures are followed and project goals met.
