Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Senior Transmission Line Engineer to join our Power Delivery Team and lead high‑voltage overhead projects across the Southeast. Flexible work options include remote or office-based work in the region.

Responsibilities include planning, design, and delivery of projects up to 765kV, with client coordination, scheduling, and mentorship of staff. Requires 10+ yers in the field, PE license, and strong PLS-CADD experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electrical transmission design and delivery of capital projects.
• PE license required; multi-state preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NESC/RUS/GO-95 and transmission fundamentals.
• Experience with PLS-CADD and transmission design delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission projects up to 765kV from planning to delivery.
• Develop project schedules and coordinate across teams.
• Lead client meetings and maintain project communications.
• Ensure QA/QC and safety standards on projects.
