Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 4+ years' experience in electric utility transmission design.
• Experience reviewing full transmission line designs including PLS-CADD models and construction packages.
• Knowledge of NESC, ACI, AISC and ASCE requirements; procurement processes; project schedules.
• Ability to develop project scopes, budgets, proposals.
• Leadership experience and ability to supervise others.

Responsibilities

• Design HV/EHV overhead and underground transmission systems.
• Prepare bidding documents, plans, specs, and procurement/construction documents.
• Interface with clients, project planning, environmental, permitting, and construction teams.
• Travel as needed; participate in client offices.
