Zusammenfassung

Utility Lines Construction Services (ULCS) is seeking a Senior Transmission Line Estimator to lead estimating strategy for large transmission, substation, and storm-restoration projects. You will advise Operations Leadership and Executive Management, shaping pursuit strategy, evaluating risk, and guiding execution plans.

This fully remote role prioritizes candidates in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas, with additional opportunities nationwide.

Qualifikationen

7+ years of transmission line construction estimating experience.
Experience with labor-driven estimates, quantity takeoffs, risk evaluation and execution planning.
Experience with investor-owned utilities, electric cooperatives, municipalities, EPC projects or MSAs.

Aufgaben

Lead estimating efforts for the company’s largest and most complex transmission, substation, and utility projects.
Develop and review labor, equipment, material, subcontractor, and production estimates using HCSS HeavyBid and related tools.
Collaborate with Operations and Executive Leadership to craft bid strategies and execution plans.
Review drawings, contracts, and specs to identify risks, scope gaps, and pricing opportunities.
