HDR is seeking a Transmission EPC Principal to join our national Alternative Delivery leadership team within the Power Delivery Practice. You will drive bid development, estimating, and transition projects from pursuit to execution across multiple U.S. locations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, PE license, PMP, and 10 years in transmission design with EPC leadership experience. You will mentor diverse teams and shape front-end engineering standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field; PE license preferred.
• PMI PMP or equivalent project leadership certification is a plus.
• Experience in EPC project management and leading diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Pursuit Champion/Manager on Transmission EPC projects and transition to execution.
• Lead risk analysis, routing, design, and BOM takeoff support with partners and HDR leads.
• Develop scope, schedule and budget for AD projects; coordinate with land, geotech, GIS, and environmental teams.
• Assist in Go/No-Go discussions, risk assessments, SOQs, and proposals.
• Help build FEED teams and develop templates, standards, and designs.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil and/or Mechanical Engineering
