Job summary

HDR is seeking a Transmission EPC Principal to lead pursuit and execution within our national Alternative Delivery team. The role focuses on risk analysis, cost/schedule management, and collaboration with HDR and partner teams on EPC projects up to 500 kV.

You will mentor engineers, drive FEED development, and coordinate across geotechnical, environmental, GIS, and real estate groups while expanding HDR’s front-end capabilities and design templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineering License.
• PMI PMP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pursuit Champion/Manager on Transmission EPC projects.
• Lead scope, schedule and budget development for AD projects.
• Coordinate with land survey, geotechnical, distribution, substations, environmental, real estate and GIS teams.
• Develop FEED templates, standards and templates for EPC pursuits and projects.
