Job summary

Williams is seeking a Training Programs Manager to provide senior-level training strategy, advisement, and development support across the organization. You will collaborate with employees at all levels to assess learning needs, design strategies, and deliver creative solutions that align with the business.

The role includes analyzing needs, creating training plans, developing content, leading cross-functional projects, and supporting Workday Learning and enterprise programs to drive capability

Qualifications

• Required: Associate’s degree and at least 10 years related experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years related experience.
• Experience in adult learning, training delivery or instructional design.
• Experience working with technical teams and ability to understand technical content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills.
• Advanced instructional design skills and technology (Articulate Storyline).
• Advanced LMS administration skills and adult learning experience.
• Understanding of Workday Learning and related learning/training systems and datasets.
• Engineering experience and/or understanding of basic engineering principles, processes, procedures and systems.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert for area of focus.
• Performs learning needs analyses with business partners.
• Designs training plans, development programs and learning content.
• Leads sophisticated projects across multiple workgroups.
• Provides user support for Workday Learning and other enterprise learning/training technology.
• Partners with others to support significant change initiatives and enterprise programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
