Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to design and deliver enterprise-wide learning programs that build workforce capability across leadership, professional, and technical roles. You will lead needs assessment, develop scalable curricula, partner with leaders, and measure impact using established methodologies.

This role reports to the Director, Talent and drives strategic L&D initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, OD, Business, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 5–7 years of L&D or Training Manager experience in a corporate setting.
• Advanced facilitation, learning-needs assessment, and curriculum architecture.
• Experience with learning technologies and LMS platforms (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Translate talent strategy into a multi-year L&D roadmap.
• Design scalable curricula and learning pathways across the enterprise.
• Lead ILT and vILT delivery with adult learning techniques.
• Measure learning impact using Kirkpatrick and KPIs.
• Partner with leadership for leadership development programs.
