Job summary

STACK Infrastructure in Denver, CO seeks a Manager, Learning & Development to lead enterprise-level training and curriculum development. You will translate talent strategy into a multi-year L&D roadmap, partnering with leadership to build leadership and technical development programs across the organization.

You will design scalable curricula, facilitate sessions, and measure impact using established methodologies, while leveraging Workday LMS and emerging learning technologies to improve scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, OD, Business, Instructional Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of L&D or Training Manager experience in a corporate setting.
• 5–7 years leading enterprise L&D programs and initiatives.
• Advanced facilitation, learning needs assessment, and curriculum architecture.
• Experience with Workday LMS or similar platforms.
• Strong stakeholder consulting, project management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise Talent strategy into an actionable multi-year L&D roadmap.
• Create career pathing programs in partnership with leadership.
• Conduct learning-needs analysis with PBPs and Talent team.
• Design and manage scalable curricula, academies, and development programs.
• Partner with SMEs to design and continuously improve technical capability programs.
• Lead enterprise onboarding learning and company-wide systems training.
• Lead measurement of learning effectiveness and ROI where appropriate.
