This director-level role leads a team delivering the full lifecycle of learning programs, from needs assessment to design, delivery, and measurement. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in L&D with enterprise leadership, expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and LMS management, including Workday; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Development, including leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in enterprise-wide learning strategies and leadership development programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms; Workday preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build collaborative partnerships across business functions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, standard, and roadmap for learning and development aligned to organizational priorities and culture.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to identify skills gaps, prioritize learning investments, and create scalable solutions.
• Lead onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and professional development programs.
• Oversee learning delivery models, including internal teams and external vendors.
• Establish learning governance and metrics linking investments to business outcomes.
• Coordinate learning service delivery and standards enterprise-wide.
• Use data and analytics to improve learning effectiveness and ROI.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing L&D team.
• Manage vendor relationships and learning budgets.
