Job summary

HonorVet Technologies is seeking a Learning Program Specialist to support enterprise capability-building initiatives and enterprise-level learning operations. You will coordinate logistics for learning programs, support leadership development activities, and enable high-quality delivery aligned with strategic priorities.

The role requires 5+ years in learning and development, strong program management, and experience with LMS platforms like SuccessFactors or Talent Hub.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, learning operations, or program management.
• Experience coordinating enterprise or large-scale learning programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of learning management systems and learning administration processes.
• Strong project management, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder requests simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; experience with tracking and reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics and execution for enterprise learning and capability-building activities.
• Support Ways of Working sessions, reinforcement activities, Team Talks, and related participant resources.
• Coordinate Power Skills rollout activities and associated learning materials.
• Manage schedules, participant rosters, communications, changes, reminders, and follow-up.
• Support program enrollments, completion tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain program trackers, delivery calendars, status updates, and documentation.
