Job summary

Winsupply is seeking a Program Manager to design and execute complex training portfolios that build organizational capability. You will lead a team of coordinators and instructional designers, partner with senior leaders, and drive measurable ROI across Local Company Operations or Support Services Campus tracks.

You will own multi-session learning paths from concept to delivery, align with growth strategies, and ensure agile, scalable programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in program management, corporate talent development, or enterprise‑level operational training design.
• 1–2 years of experience directly leading or coordinating the workloads of instructional designers, program coordinators, or trainers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of program coordinators and instructional designers to meet departmental goals.
• Oversee resource allocation and cross-functional workflows for the team.
• Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and growth.
• Autonomously manage, scale, and evolve complex learning pathways from conception through execution.
• Establish milestones and align with company growth strategies.
• Own the Management Development Training Program and related tracks; oversee leadership paths for different tracks.
• Define audience-specific program identities and guide Instructional Designers to build high-impact assets.
• Shift legacy training to agile, modular formats.
• Collaborate with internal leaders to translate knowledge into actionable educational programs.
• Manage subject matter experts databases to ensure accurate records for knowledge sharing.
• Ensure training initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes with ROI.
