Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) in Chantilly, VA seeks a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for a government client.

You will lead a team, create curricula, graphics for how-to guides, coordinate with transformation readiness, and manage in-person and virtual sessions for 10–75 staff.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of training leadership, with Salesforce and Adobe Captivate experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Design and develop training approaches, curricula, manuals, tutorials, and e-learning.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients.
• Lead training teams and coordinate schedules with stakeholders.
• Experience with transitioning and rollout of transformed processes.

Responsibilities

• Review draft Training Plans and finalize with transformation readiness team.
• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training for VCF processes.
• Create user-friendly graphics for guides and communications.
• Support staff during rollout and coordinate training schedules with the VCF team.
• Develop myVCF system training materials with the System Integrator.
• Prepare internal/external communication materials including PowerPoints and handouts.
• Submit communications and training materials for approval and track through process.
