Job summary

CorSource Technology Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst 3 to establish and maintain training records for safety compliance. The role involves working with SMEs across the Safety Organization Internal Operations to track training completion, authenticity, and frequency using LMS systems and Microsoft products.

The ideal candidate will have strong data management skills, experience with LMS platforms, and capability to generate reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with learning management systems and database software for training records.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office for reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain LMS repository for safety training compliance.
• Input and manage individual training records and data points.
• Prepare periodic reports, graphics, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to define training database parameters.
• Travel for in-person meetings as required.
