Job summary

Energy Transfer LP seeks an experienced Sr. Learning Systems Specialist to own LMS administration, analytics, and reporting. The role leads data quality, user support, and compliance-driven training, while guiding a migration to a new LMS platform and partnering with stakeholders across Operations, IT, and HR.

The ideal candidate has strong training administration and data governance skills, with proven ability to translate business needs into practical LMS solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering an LMS, learning technology platform, HRIS, or related system.
• Experience with enterprise systems, reporting tools, and data management processes.
• Experience supporting software implementations, migrations, or technology projects.
• Knowledge of LMS, instructional technologies, and workforce development programs.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Workday, SAP, Databricks, Power BI or similar enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the LMS, including course setup, curricula, assignments, user support, troubleshooting, and records management.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting on training progress and qualifications.
• Support data inventory, cleansing, validation, and migration mapping activities.
• Participate in solution design, testing, and deployment readiness activities.
• Assist with migration to a new LMS platform and stakeholder coordination.
• Create training materials and coordinate administrator preparation and communications.
