Job summary

AZAD Technology Partners seeks a Business Systems Analyst to establish and maintain training records in support of Safety Organization Internal Operations. You will work with Subject Matter Experts and multiple departments to track completion, compliance, authenticity, and frequency according to federal and state guidance.

The role relies heavily on LMS, Adobe, Cority, ISN, Procore, and Microsoft products to input, retrieve, and analyze data.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in data science, data analytics, business analytics, data modeling, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or applicable fields preferred.
• 8 years of experience with a bachelor's degree; 10 years with an associate degree; 12 years with no degree or applicable degree.
• Proficiency in use of LMS and related databases for training records maintenance.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro and full MS Office for creating databases, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID required.
• Experience explaining technical issues to diverse clients and organization-wide training program development.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain training records for Safety Organization Internal Operations.
• Analyze training requirements to track completion, compliance, authenticity, and frequency.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders across departments.
• Leverage LMS, Adobe, Cority, ISN, Procore, and Microsoft tools for data input and reporting.
• Develop and manage training programs and documentation to meet federal/state guidance.
