Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Corporate Safety Training Manager to design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive safety training program. You will ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance, manage the LMS, and keep audit-ready records across all sites.

You will build train-the-trainer programs, maintain training materials, and report compliance metrics to leadership. The role requires collaboration with EHS, Safety, HR, and site leadership, with travel to multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in safety training, EHS, or related field with a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Experience designing, delivering, tracking training across multiple sites.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification required; higher-level trainer certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains a company-wide safety training curriculum.
• Manages LMS to enroll, complete, and certify employees across sites.
• Tracks training compliance and reports to leadership, closing gaps before deadlines.
• Ensures material aligns with OSHA and regulatory requirements and updates as needed.
• Delivers train-the-trainer programs and maintains a master training matrix.
