Job summary

SanMar Corp. is seeking an LMS Administrator to manage the organization’s Learning Management System and ensure accurate assignment of training based on roles, standards, and compliance.

This role partners with Learning & Development and HRIS to maintain data integrity and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of LMS experience, proficiency with e-learning tools, and strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years experience managing or supporting an LMS (Litmos, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Docebo, Saba).
• Experience creating e-learning programs with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Lectora.

Responsibilities

• Assign and manage required training based on organizational and compliance needs.
• Develop and maintain E-Learning modules aligned with objectives.
• Maintain audit-ready records of training completion and reports.
• Create role-based training matrices with HRIS and department leaders.
